Where It Started
2016
I started training in 2016 with no plan, no coach, and no clue what I was doing. Like most people, I tried random workouts, copied YouTube routines, and made every beginner mistake. But over time, I figured out what actually works — and what people are wasting years on. That's the foundation everything else was built on.
Coaching My First Clients
2020
After four years of training, people around me started asking for advice — friends, gym contacts, family. I began coaching informally and quickly realized two things: (1) most people don't need motivation, they need a real plan, and (2) I genuinely enjoy figuring out what works for each person. That's when this stopped being a hobby.
First Real Transformations
2021
My first proper clients started seeing real results — weight dropped, strength climbed, energy came back. Watching that happen across very different people (different ages, body types, schedules) taught me the most important lesson in coaching: cookie-cutter plans fail. Custom plans built around real lives work. Every plan I write now starts with that principle.
Getting Certified
2022
I invested in formal certification — : K11 & UFC to bridge the gap between practical experience and training science. The certifications didn't make me a coach. They sharpened the coach I already was. Form correction, programming logic, injury prevention — all became second nature.
Going Online
2023
I started sharing strength training tips, form breakdowns, and real client results on Instagram. The response made one thing clear: there are thousands of people across India looking for honest coaching that doesn't sell shortcuts. That's when I shifted to coaching online — so location stops being the reason someone can't get serious help.
Where I Am Today
2024
Today, I coach clients across India over WhatsApp, voice notes, and Zoom — from total beginners to State-level athletes. The system works because it adapts to each person: their schedule, their food preferences, their equipment, their goals. No two plans I write are the same. And that's exactly why they actually work.
